1. About DraftFlow
DraftFlow is operated by CLYDE. For support or legal inquiries, contact support@draftflows.com.
DraftFlow helps Shopify merchants process emailed purchase orders, review extracted details and exceptions, and create Shopify draft orders. These terms govern a merchant’s use of the app and related support.
2. Your account and authority
You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and authorize processing of the information you submit. Keep account access secure, grant access only to authorized team members, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized accounts.
3. Purchase orders and review
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of submitted documents and customer data. Automated extraction and matching can produce errors. Review product selections, quantities, prices, customer details, and any exceptions before syncing or taking further action in Shopify.
DraftFlow prepares draft orders. A successful sync does not mean that payment, fulfillment, inventory allocation, tax treatment, or customer acceptance has been completed or verified.
4. Plans and billing
Your subscription price, included PO allowance, billing interval, and any applicable per-PO usage rate are shown when you approve a plan through Shopify. Monthly plan allowances reset every 30 days; unused monthly POs expire at the end of each cycle and do not roll over. Additional successfully processed POs may incur usage charges at your plan’s stated rate, subject to the usage-charge limit you approve in Shopify. Applicable taxes and the billing terms shown during Shopify approval also apply.
Annual plan terms and allowances are those shown in the offer you approve. Purchased add-on PO credits do not expire and remain available across an uninstall and reinstall when we can verify the same purchaser and restore the credit balance. Purchased credits are separate from recurring plan allowances.
Uninstalling the app cancels future recurring subscription billing immediately. Unused monthly plan allowances are non-refundable and expire on cancellation; they are not restored upon reinstallation. Charges already incurred for processed overage POs may still appear on a final Shopify invoice. Uninstalling does not erase purchased add-on credit entitlements.
5. Acceptable use
Use DraftFlow only for lawful business purposes. Do not submit content you lack permission to process; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; or use the app in violation of applicable law or Shopify’s terms.
6. Your data and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the documents and data you provide. You authorize processing of that data to deliver the requested service and support. Rights in the DraftFlow software, branding, and documentation remain with their respective owners. Use of the app does not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Shopify and other services
DraftFlow depends on Shopify and supporting service providers. Their availability, permissions, API behavior, and terms may affect the app. Shopify is a separate service; Shopify’s own terms apply to your store and its use.
8. Availability and changes
Service features may change over time, and maintenance or third-party outages can interrupt access. No specific uptime or error-free processing guarantee is included in this draft. Material service or pricing changes should be communicated before they apply, subject to the final adopted terms and applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to address misuse, a security issue, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the app and remove it from Shopify. Cancellation and the treatment of allowances and purchased credits are described in Section 4; data handling after removal is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility
Merchants must review draft orders before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
