A buyer’s product code or price may not match your catalog. Someone still has to spot the difference and decide what’s right.
As PO volume grows, so does the entry work. Repeated copying creates more opportunities for mistakes and slows order preparation.
Give purchase orders a clear route from your inbox to Shopify, with a human check exactly where it’s needed.
After installing DraftFlow, copy your dedicated intake address and forward the buyer’s purchase order.

DraftFlow is built for Shopify merchants who receive purchase orders by email and need to turn them into draft orders, especially teams managing repeat wholesale or B2B order entry.
Review the PO in DraftFlow, resolve the product or pricing exception, then sync when the details are ready. Your team stays responsible for checking the order before taking it forward.
The workflow creates a Shopify draft order. Your team can then continue with its usual Shopify review and order process.
Each PO can contain up to 450 line items, and your catalog can contain up to 50,000 SKUs. Starter includes 35 POs per month, with additional successfully processed POs charged at $2.82 each.
